hi I will try and help you with this problem on your beko washing machine​ ​F13 ​ is a fill related fault​ it normally means that you may have a problem with the pressure switch or a blockage in the small pipe that comes from there but in your case I suspect that you may have a fault with a Water valve or you could have a blockage in the soap draw, I have put a couple of videos below to assist you in your repair and I hope they help
