Beko WMB71231W Washing Machine Not Starting (E18 Error)

Can you give me advice on how to clear a E18 Error on a Beko wmb71231w? I have tried everything, I have checked the pump and drain pipe, I have switched the knob to off and then to cotton while pressing Start/Quickwash & Spin. That then displays the E18 but when I press start again to self test it does nothing. I have also pressed the start button for 3-5 seconds to reset but again it does nothing. Can you please let me know what to do? Much appreciated.

I will try and help with this problem...

You can try unplugging the machine for ​24 hours sometimes this will clear an error code​, but before you do this I would check the sump hose for any blockages (see videos as may have a blockage in the hose at the bottom of the machine)  as I show below the area code for this machine is due to unbalanced load this could be that the machine is not able to empty in the allocated period Of time and this is put it into safety mode showing the E18 error code. i have put some videos to help you below.
