Beko WMB71642W washing machine leaking from underneath

My Beko Washing Machine WMB71642W is leaking I think from the front of the machine when I use it, but could be from underneath as there is a pool of water on floor around the machine and front of the machine is wet, and was wondering if there could be a hole in the underside of my machine and if so can it be repaired

There are could be a number of reasons your washing machine leaks:

1. Check your water supply connection is not loose, and that there are no kinks in the pipes, or they are not clogged
2. There is a water supply hose gasket on each hose, check the gaskets have not come loose or have become damaged
3. Check to see if the pump filter is dirty or clogged also check the filter cavity for any debris and remove it if it is.
4. Make sure your machine is evenly balanced- your washing machine needs to stand level and balanced on its feet to function properly.
5. Overloading the machine can cause it to malfunction and leak as well as not rinsing detergent properly from clothes
6. Check that the door is closed properly as water may leak from the door if it’s not firmly closed. Check the door lock/interlock hasn't malfunctioned. Remove items that get caught in the door and push it closed until you hear a locking sound.
7. Make sure that the detergent drawer/soap dispenser draw is closed properly. Your machine may develop a leak if it’s not closed completely.
8. But I suspect that they maybe an issue with the door seal or the sump hose coming off the drain pump. Thoroughly check the door seal for any rips, tares or holes
