Hotpoint TCM580BP Tumble dryer not drying quickly not as effective as it used to be

My tumble dryer used to dry the clothes in about an hour but it is now not even dry after 2 hours could you point me in the right direction the what my fault might be

I will try and help with your Hotpoint TCM580BP Condenser Tumble Dryer problem

The first thing I would be checking is to make sure that the filter clean and no fluff on the fan, then you will need to make sure the heater is working correctly there are two sides to a normal tumble dryer heater a high and low setting this means there are two halves to the elements you can test this with a multimeter, see video below, I have also put an exploded diagram to assist you what is a full list of all the parts for your tumble dryer bellow that
