Good afternoon be4 start wash when i close the door the sign key appear on screen board and i can't open again when i press start button and washing machine start pumping out even without water and drum moving slowly NO water coming and timer work normally and when switch off the door not open.Thanks

There can really only be one of two faults,

• first, the door lock may be faulty or the wiring going to the door lock, you need to inspect this and test the door lock. I have included a video below to assist you on how door Locks work
• if this is not the problem then I suspect you have a problem with the printed circuit board. This is a much more costly affair and it is worth looking on eBay to see if you can pick up a second-hand board or sometimes you may find a complete machine with broken bearings at a very affordable price. The reason why I say this it's because the circuit boards need to be programmed by an engineer when they come to you new.
