I will try and help with this problem Lg WM2701HV washing machine
de error code normally indicates your washing machine door lock has failed, sometimes you will hear it clicking when you first turn the machine, when you shut the door you here 3 clicks then DE Error code comes up, you may have a problem with the door lock and you need to replace it I have put a video below to assist you and there is a full list of parts that are available at the bottom of the page.
