NEW REPAIR GUIDES

FORGOT YOUR DETAILS?

Hi, I’ve checked the filter, which is clean. Nothing around the impeller. I’ve also cleared the drainage pipe. There was a little blockage in there but thats cleared now. Machine still filling and draining! I’m thinking I require a new Impeller jug after watching your video, What do you think. Dishwasher has been in store for a year but had hardly been used. It has been transported a couple of times.

Hi my washing machine is coming up with the error F43 I reset as per instructions. It did reset so I tried another 60 degrees wash. It filled as usual then obviously I couldn’t just sit there I returned to check when it was on a spin cycle stating 4 minutes remaining. My washing remained stationery, the clock went to 3 minutes with the error F43 re-appearing.My uncle is fantastic at fixing things so he is coming over to take a look. Am I right in telling him he needs to check the pump for a blockage ? also do you think it sounds like it could be the carbon brushes. My mum and I are struggling to pull the machine out to see if the serial number is on the back. I have quoted the Model above so is the serial number definitely needed.
Many thanks Sam and Lynne

Great website but hoping for a bit more guidance as have followed your instructions and i still get a 5S error during most cycles. Usually the cycle can be finished by justing pressing play after the error arises.
The pump is functioning as it will drain during different times in the cycle . I have checked all hoses, traps and the pump and it appears to be okay with no blockages.
This has has me stumped. Any ideas would be appreciated. Perhaps it could be a sensor or similar? So maybe a hard reset if this is possible.
Thanks in advance

Shane
