Hi there
We recently followed your video on how to service the Beko tumble drier and it was brilliant. Our only problem was that our motor has a tension spring and no reference was made to it in the video so we were unsure how to re-fit it. When we remove the drive belt, I presume it release the tension in the spring and it had unhooked before we noted where it had been hooked!
We put it back in what we thought was the correct location and the dryer worked beautifully for about 5 days and then the drum seized. We removed the back panels again and unclipped the spring and the drum was again able to turn freely so obviously the spring was applying too much tension. We then noticed the plastic retaining bracket on the motor was broken. So firstly, is it possible to get a spare of the retaining bracket and secondly, can you advise where the tension spring is supposed to go. I can email photos if that helps.

 Hi SeanHave you checked the pump unit for Blockages, and made sure the float switch works correctly, although these videos are note on your make the principal still applies if the water container is not getting full then there is a good chance that there is a blockage on one of the systems this may

    Hi Colin if water is pouring from the condenser then you may have a problem with the pump system and it’s not able to pump the water to the collection tray I would strip down the pump assembly and checking for blockages
