Our Samsung Ecobubble 8kg Washing Machine is a 7 year old 4 button model. We have tried the test procedure and if we move to the Spn test it doesn’t spin and after a miniue or two puts up the 5e code. The drain filter is still spotless and again, we would very much appreciate your thoughts please.

Hello, Just been watching your excellent youtube videos about Samsung washer problems.

My Samsung Ecobubble 8kg Washing Machine stopped mid cycle and showed the 5e code. Our filter is spotless and I know there is a strong flow when the washer is emptying (we brought the hose down to floor level to make sure the hose wasn’t blocked and it ran very well. The washer now won’t usually spin. I tried the diagnostic mode but it wouldn’t spin for that either. The pumps seem to be working OK on the test mode and a couple of times the washer has started working after an hour or so.

Much much appreciate any thoughts you might have please.

Hi Paul. Excellent videos – really helpful. Wondered if you have a theory on this. Machine fine on 40 or 60 deg wash – heats, spins, all good. But on 90 it trips the RCD with about 42 mins left to run on the program. Have already replaced the brushes, heater element and pump. any thoughts? Adrian.

First it was showing e17 and we keep trying to fix it and now it shows E_ _ but no error code Machine not working, taking the water and draining

Hi my Samsung washing machine ww80j5413IW 8KG model is ok on washing, but when spin 21 comes to 10 min left on the screen, it’s directing back to 15 min then it shows again 11 min left and then the same again saying 15 min left. Also, the drum stops only once when the motor starts. There are some 0 numbers on the board light. I cleaned all the pipes but still facing the same problem. I need to know what the problem is please. Thank you. 

after starting any wash, the machine starts filling and then stops after 5 seconds. There is no error code. I have to manually open the door, reset, and try again but the same thing happens. I have unplugged it; reset and retried it ten times but still it stops after 5 seconds. I am a teacher so please could you email me as I can’t always answer the phone.

My machines trips circuit breaker/ electric fuse board when the water starts pumping in, I have watched your video on YouTube, how can I know where is the exact fault without running those tests as I haven’t got those testing equipments ? And also how can I take the wet laundry inside the machine as the door doesn’t want to open and I can’t switch the machine on as it trips the fuse board as soon as I switch on from the main socket. washer leaks at end of cycle on high speed spin. mostly after large loads. small loads and regular spin does not leak. Have replaced door seal. Have removed weight and there is water at the location on the middle weight bolt.

I have a washing machine that turns off the power now and again. I have been through your video guides and machine runs perfectly during testing. I have preformed a calibration rest as recommended. I have also removed all piping and both pumps and given a clean but wasnt too dirty. Would you have any other items. The machine will come on again after a few minutes with no power supply connected and may go between 5 – 25mins and cut out again.

I have a washing machine that is no longer spinning or turning. It will finish the cycle and removes the water out of the drum, but the clothes are still soaking wet. Have you got a video to show me what the problem could be
