I have tried to reset John Lewis JLTDH17 Heat Pump Tumble Dryer but no luck. Could you please help?

First be aware there are multiple different variations of this machine as the produced five or six different types during the production run

The first number is the model then you have the PNC number, which is the one you should always use and the third number is usually the production date

Hi Chris, I've managed to get a list of error codes for you. However, I couldn't find the EH0 error code in the manual. It's possible that I missed it, but there is an EHD error code. So, make sure you're reading the display correctly.

There's a full list of error codes for this machine, and the test procedure to put it into diagnostic mode is included. Heat pump dryers are well made, but I'm not a big fan of them as they often have fluff blockages on the condensing unit. This can sometimes cause issues.

When working on the machine, have a vacuum cleaner ready to clean up any dust in the system. Ensure all filters are clean too. There's also a wiring diagram to help you with any electrical systems.
