John Lewis JLtdh24 Heat Pumb Tumble Dryer Not Collecting Water In tank
John Lewis JLtdh24 Heat Pumb Tumble Dryer's water tank is empty when cycle is complete. Clothes are drying but no sine of condensate water.. I think the pump is not working Can't find diagnostics on Web. Can you help please thanks in advance.

Hi Frank, sorry to hear about your tumble dryer issue. It's a bit confusing because you mentioned the heat pump dryer is drying clothes, but there's no water in the collection tank. The water must be going somewhere.
Perhaps you've done one load, and the reservoir at the bottom of the machine is full, but the pump isn't transferring water to the collection chamber. In this case, check the pump for blockages. Make sure all pipes leading to the collection chamber are clear, as water needs to drain from the evaporator to the pump, and then transfer to the top of the machine.

There's also a diagnostic sheet with error codes and a test mode procedure. Follow the steps and see if an error code appears or if the pump is working. I hope this helps you fix your tumble dryer.
