I have seen some of your videos and maybe you can help me to identify if the motor is not working.
In the beginning there was an error code (F13) and I changes the pressure sensor (SPS-A06H 2819711100).
unfortunately it dosen’t solved the issue. The testing program skipped the motor test (not turning).
Spin-Programm was also not successful 🙁
So i removed the Brushles DC Motor in order to check… but here we are … I removed the cover of the electronic
section but it is so compact I don’t know how to check!
Could you help me? I have some pictures of the motor … If you need … I can send.

I can’t turn it off or on with the start button. I did your test and the code E09 came up then the screen with 1880 in the spin bit, a tap with a line through it and 80c in the temperature bit, an egg timer, 88.88, e and a padlock on the line. The buttercream line has all waking symbols and a play/pause symbol
Then the bottom line has lines with 1,2,3 and 4 on it.

Hi The plate on the bottom of the machine, underneath it, seems to be riveted onto the frame. How do I get to the filter/pump?

Machine fills then as it goes to wash cycle it trips the main breaker( home breaker board ) . After resetting the breaker I can still use spin cycle to empty the machine ….

when i start the machine it dont get starts door gets locked but it shows error 31 on led after that light reamins blinking of start button ..but it wont move forward means there is no watrr filling or anything

My wife noticed that the door seal has a hole in it , but after I took a look at the machine I found out the reason why the seal ripped. It was because i left a load of screws in my pocket and these had damaged the seal, but the machine was not emptying. I inspected the pump and found that a screw had smashed the blade in the pump. I am unsure how to remove the pump. Can you advise me on how to remove the pump and which sort of pump I require.

Thanks for your email with your web site details. I am about to purchase from your site the front rubber drum seal.
But I notice that the drum itself is warped when you turn the drum it seems to come close to the rubber on one side I think this is the cause of the rubber seal damage in the first place and makes the drum stop moving. but if turn the drum anti-clockwise it fine the gaps OK
I find your video very good to watch am please that I find you online.
My last concern is the Heating Element, watching the video makes it look simple but I try to remove the heating element it will not comes out at all. I tryed everything pulling,
I think the rubber around the heating element is what is causing the problem.
Sorry, Misses is driving me bad.
