Will fill with water and after 20 minutes will empty machine but nothing in between. I have cleaned the filter. I don’t know how to enter test mode with this model.

after doing diagnostic test it is showing error code E13.
after switching on it takes water in and wait for few minutes then it starts draining out then switch off but does not spin at all. Please advise how can we fix it ?

My hotpoint aquarius WDL520 has all 5 horizontal lights flashing. I have replaced the motor brushes and the heater thermistor. It goes through part cycle and stops. Please could you advise.

Was on Super Rinse and spin. Loud cracking sound like spark jumping a gap stopped!! The Triac in designation TR2, mounted on T220 Ali heat sink on the PCB Control Module blown to bits.

Fitted new Triac Philips BT 137 600D turned machine on bang again. Can find no short circuits on Heater, Thermostat, Pump, Fill level device, Motor, water valves. Door interlock functions

Before searching for quality bearings, would you know if the drum casing is welded or not?.

Hello, this is a washer/dryer and whilst drying clothes one day, it appears to have overheated as the exterior got incredibly warm after a run, and thereafter it would complete the cycle, but the clothes would come out wet. Opening the machine up, there is a red button which when pressed gets the machine working again, until it again trips a few cycles later.
I don’t know if this indicates a problem with the heating element\thermostat or points to some electrical problem.

Trips the MCB if a hot wash is used but ok on cold or on spin.
What is correct testing procedure for heater / controls ? please
