Great website but hoping for a bit more guidance as have followed your instructions and i still get a 5S error during most cycles. Usually the cycle can be finished by justing pressing play after the error arises.
The pump is functioning as it will drain during different times in the cycle . I have checked all hoses, traps and the pump and it appears to be okay with no blockages.
This has has me stumped. Any ideas would be appreciated. Perhaps it could be a sensor or similar? So maybe a hard reset if this is possible.
Thanks in advance

Shane

water comes in water drains away no motor action so i’m guessing as fixed a few before – it needs new carbon motor brushes

Hi Paul I would appreciate your help. My washing machine completed a wash cycle but then ended with the display showing 0:01 and the red light for the door on, so couldn’t open. I switched the power off and eventually got the door open. I emptied the clothes put the washing machine on a spin cycle, and other short wash cycles, with no clothes, they all had the time displayed but no turning of the drum. All of the cycles I tried finished with the display showing 0:01 and red light for door so I couldn’t open.
I assume I have a programme fault, but any help you can give will be appreciated.

how do I remove the door from a Neff W5420X1GB washing machine. I have removed the 2 torx screws, does the door just pull off?

Hi – the soap tray is dripping when the machine is used and the conditioner doesn’t drain. I watched your video and it appears the siphon fitting that sits on top of the certical tube seems to be missing (we have moved house recently which may be why). Please could you let me know if you sell a generic fitting that would fit? PS thank you for the excellent videos.

Not filling. Water going in and coming straight out

IS THERE ONLINE VIDEO FOR ZANUSSI WASHING MACHINES

I have replaced the haul sensor on my washing machine after watching one of the videos, but the motor will still not turn. the drum is very stiff and when the machine fills with water it tries to turn but stops, after having a conversation with you on the phone, I have had great trouble removing the element but after finding out that there was an additional nut holding the earth wire on the element. I eventually managed to get it out and lo and behold found this sock wrapped around it
