Hi PiarasI would check for  movement in the bearings on the drum also if the machine is not emptying in correct amount of time this can cause the machine to shake, see videos below. I have also included some useful links hereif you need spares for this model you will need model and serial number

    Hi Alan!I have come across this before, on this occasion it was a small sock That was jammed in the Gap at the front by the door seal it was not visible but with a bore scope I was able to see it and using a metal coat hanger I was able to hook it
