when i try the test mode all i get is a noisy pump and then the servive light comes on

I had the F06 code 3 months ago. i changed the carbon brushes …washer working ok until yesterday showing again F06 code error. I have to change the brushes again?

I watched your video on how to check the parts on my machine that wasn’t spinning. One of my bushes were stuck.
It’s now spinning but making a strange buzzing noise as the motor rotates when the machine is on.

I have searched for carbon brushes for our washing machine but I don’t seem to find it for our model.

Can you help me find it?

I have a Beko 8kg 1400 rpm a++ WMB 81442 LW excellence washing machine, after doing the diagnostic test mode the only step that did not work was the anti-clockwise rotation, the error code that showed was 15:26 E18, can you tell from the error code what might be the issue and what parts would be required to fix it?

Can you advise what brushes I need to order please-the machine is not spinning and has developed fault F21 and F63 but I think the brushes may be the problem. Thanks. It is draining ok. Any advice you could give would be appreciated.

Replaced the heater element and temp sensor and this didn’t solve the issue. The test mode also stops with F12. pressing the reset button twice after starting the test sequence doesn’t advance through the individual tests. It always stops with F12. Could it be the main control unit?

After fixing a replacement filter, the drum won’t fill up to commence washing; it stops and the light begins to flash.
