AEG DC4003020M Competence Fan oven not heating

Hi,My fan oven is not heating up. The fan comes on as does the thermostat and internal light but no heat.The main oven does heat up when we put it into conventional oven mode.Any suggestions very much appreciated

I will try and help with this problem AEG DC4003020M oven

this sounds like your fan oven element has failed. I have put a video below to show you how to test elements and also a video on how to replace it. there is a link to the element you need below

there were 4 different models of this cooker so when ordering parts make sure it fits your pnc number starts with 9
