BEKO DRVS 62 W Tension Spring on Motor

Hi thereWe recently followed your video on how to service the Beko tumble drier and it was brilliant. Our only problem was that our motor has a tension spring and no reference was made to it in the video so we were unsure how to re-fit it. When we remove the drive belt, I presume it release the tension in the spring and it had unhooked before we noted where it had been hooked!We put it back in what we thought was the correct location and the dryer worked beautifully for about 5 days and then the drum seized. We removed the back panels again and unclipped the spring and the drum was again able to turn freely so obviously the spring was applying too much tension. We then noticed the plastic retaining bracket on the motor was broken. So firstly, is it possible to get a spare of the retaining bracket and secondly, can you advise where the tension spring is supposed to go. Good afternoon Sue, I think according to the photographs I'm looking at the spring should go over the bolt that holds the 2 halfs of the motor together. But the plastic bracket that you require to hold the motor might be an awkward one to get this will be a special order from the manufacture.
