Whirlpool AKP490/WH Oven Needs new element

The oven turns on but there's no heat. The grill works.The problem is, the screws to replace the panel at the back of the oven (inside) are complete rusted and don't budge. I've opened the back and it doesn't look like it's accessible from there. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

I will try and help with this problem Whirlpool AKP490/WH Oven

I have put a video below to assist you in replacing your fan oven element. but in this case, when the screws are rusted you will either have to cut a slot into the screw head or you will have to drill them out it is a tedious process but the problem being is the moisture in the oven when cooking roasts causes the screw heads to rust
