Whirlpool AWZ7913 Tumble Dryer spinning but no heat
Bought a new heater and installed it but still no heat is being generated.

I will try and help with this problem with your Whirlpool AWZ7913 Tumble Dryer
Have you checked the pump unit is not full of water and therefore cutting out the heating system?
If you have replaced the heating element you need to check all thermostats. Make sure that they are functioning correctly within the parameters and if you still have no heat then that is either a forward thermostat fitted, which you will need to check or there is a possibility that you may have a fault with a printed circuit board please watch the other video on how relays work, I have listed a couple of useful videos below
