Zanussi ZDC5350W Tumble Dryer E50 intermittent fault
Hi, my Zanussi condenser dryer has a regular but intermittent fault. It will sometimes complete a drying program but frequently will start running and sometime later which can be a couple of minutes or longer it will stop and display a flashing E50 error. I have taken top and side panels off and tried cleaning fluff out from where I can. I've checked the pump fills reservoir. I've cleaned the heater element assembly of fluff. Do you have any ideas what might cause this problem or how I might fault find the machine.Â

Hi Dave
Â
Â
there are many reasons this fault may appear but one of the common ones which I have come across is a fault with a circuit board the link switch can be faulty LNK 304GN, if you cannot find any major component causing the problem then there's a good chance that the chip that describe in the video maybe cracked or not working, before you start looking at the circuit board make sure you check the motor, the capacitor and look for any loose connections. I hope this helps you. the video is below
