I have a Beko DPHX 80460W Heat Pump Tumble Dryer
Viewing your video, looks like it may be a faulty relay on the circuit board.
Circuit board P/N 2982590100.
Relays RL1 RL3 RL4 all same 10a 250vac 5RD-SH-10506-F-C
Relay RL2 10a 250Vac HF3FA 005HSTF(310)(925)
Heater plug socket KN9.
Can you identify the heater relay number?
Please could you quote a price for a new relay.
I can e-mail photos if you could give me an address to send them to if that’s helpful.
Thanks
Harry Cossar.

Zanussi ZDC8202P Condenser Tumble Dryer Replacing the Heater Elements

TVM for the advice on your YT channel video.
My Zanussi ZDC8202P Condenser Tumble Dryer heater unit (manufactured 2009) has exact same connector type, except that the white-sheathed earth runs separately alongside from the terminal block through the rubber grommet then terminates at a clamp on top of the heater unit housing.
The grommet on mine is oblong and looks like I’ll have to slit the opening a bit with knife in order to pull through both cables as well as the terminal block.
I’m waiting for new heater part, but I’m doubtful whether it will be like my old one. Assuming it is the same as in your video, any tips to adapt the wiring to suit my machine please?
Tim
Zanussi TCE7124W Tumble Dryer Faulty Heater Or Not?

Hi Paul – I have followed your youTube video Condenser Tumble Dryer not heating AEG, Electrolux, Zanussi etc May 6, 2016. I want to test my heater element and there are 5 terminals on the block having removed the heater and its wiring. The 5 terminals in order are Blue, Red, Blue, Black, White. Using my multimeter to test for continuity, I am putting the black probe on either of the two blue contacts and the red probe on the red contact in the block. My analogue meter needle does not shift on either blue contacts to the centre red. Do I take it that the heater is useless and needs replacing? There is continuity on blue to blue on the Common. There is continuity on the black to white contacts. The exposed temperature sensors on the side of the heater body both have continuity. The temperature sensor up inside the drum has continuity too.
My Zanussi TCE7124W tumble dryer, when on, heats minimally and cuts out after about 25 minutes leaving damp towel not fully dry – as a test.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Phil
