NEW REPAIR GUIDES

FORGOT YOUR DETAILS?

I need to replace broken control panel fascia.

Hi, my oven is no longer heating up.
Followed you instruction video & removed the element.
Tested for continuity but nothing so looks like I need a replacement element from you.
Reason for me contacting you is that I can see 2 replacement elements for. Y model, so need you to let me know which one I need.
1st element: H2RCSP00001, priced at £17.90p &
2nd element: H2RCSP 02800012 priced at £31.49p.

Also how long does delivery take for a UK address?

Thank you – Ian

My question:
How to replace bottom oven element in this type made single built-in oven? I watch your video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sX2_Ex5YmO8
…but I can not remove it like the way you did/do.
Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Jeffry

Hi my oven had a faulty thermostat as it was overheating and switching of the whole power to the oven till it cooled down for a while then would come back on, the electric timer was quite damaged with the heat so i changed the thermostat and at the same time changed the TOC switch oven seemed to be working fine again then the oven tripped the RCD on inspection the ne TOC had shorted some how so i was wondering if the timer being badly damaged might have controbuted to this happening. all elements and fan is working any help would be appreciated as ive not eaten for a week Thanks Rob

Hi Paul i spoke to you in the morning I have a Belling Cooker it has 8 rings and 2 ovens. The oven that has the grill in it use to trip out the fusebox so we stopped using it for years then it started working again then 2 weeks ago the main oven which we use regular tripped the fusebox and it wouldn’t switch the fuse box back on so we had to leave the oven switched off, and use only the gas cooker on the top please can you help. i did take quite a few pictures to see if it would help but there is no where i can see to download the pictures which would show you the exact details, If there is a way to download the pictures please let me have the email address and i will send them too

After replacing the element I found a rattling noise when my oven warmed up, I worked out that my back panel after heating up would bend inwards and collide with my fan, so I removed the back panel which solved the problem, however now my fan will start and then stop and won’t carrying.
1. Do you sell back panels?
2. Any idea what is wrong with my fan?
Any help would be appreciated!

Knobs getting very hot and melting

Electric oven stuck in auto (display beeping & flashing constantly), happened after power cut.
Suggestions?

I have watched a few of your videos and done a continuity test on all the main conponents and the only thing that seems to have an issue is the timer, when I disconnected the power to the timer the oven seems to work fine. Would the timer cause the issue of the oven not working?

Hi Paul,
I wonder f you can help me with issue.
I have a built in oven make Beko and cooling fan is running continuously. I have changed I did see on one of your recorded tutorials that it could be a problem with thernostat TOC and I have changed it. Changing this part did not solve a problem. Do you have any Idea what could be a problem? I would not want to spend £200 for a new oven if current one repairable.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks in advance.

Mariusz.
