Hoover 9kg tumble dryer error code E21
E21 fault on my tumble dryer
Robert
I will try and help with this problem
Since you didn't gave us the model number, I will assume it is a condenser model with water tray at the bottom. The exploded diagrams are from a machine like that but might differ from yours.
Error E21 usually means excess water left in condenser or condenser pump not working/pumping to the reservoir.
This can be due to wet condenser and/or blocked/faulty pump.
Unplug the appliance and remove the condenser, clean the area and let the condenser dry for a while.
Then plug it back after around 30 minutes. This can also be a problem with the heater element not heating the clothes. Check that the heater is working as intended.
Since there is no pump on these models, if the error persists it might be a fault with the circuit board.

Hoover DynamicNext 10kg keeps flashing E21 code. I have cleaned filter at front left out over night to dry. Still flashing e21
Hi, my hoover DXOH10A2TKEEXS80 heat pump tumble dryer shows error 021.
I have opened and cleaned the internals, also placed 220v across the condensate pump which works. Filters cleaned and dry, blew through the condensate hoses, but non blockages.
Could the problem be either the ntc resistor or the programme PCB.
Please advise.
Thanks in advance.
P.s. do you know the procedure to place this unit in the technicians maintenance mode?
