Hotpoint Tcm570p Tumble Dryer water does empty

the water tank fills up, the empty water light comes on, but there is no water in the drawer but there is water in the pump case. I have taken the water tank off and cleaned it, the pump seems to work, the float switch is turning on the empty drawer light, but no water flows up the pipe? Is a new pump, Switch or float?

if there is water in the pump housing then the pump is unable to achieve the head of water to get to the water dispenser drawer you may need a new pump, it is possible on some occasions that you may have a blockage you can see our videos below to assist you in this and I have put an exploded diagram with all the parts for your machine just click on the links below and you will find the correct part that you need I hope this helps you have a good New Year
