Hotpoint Ultima TL71 tumble dryer drum won’t turn.

My tumble dryer will not turn I can hear the motor running but I know the drum is not turning, all the clothes are wet at the bottom of the drum

I will try and help with your Hotpoint ultima TL71 vented tumble dryer problem

This will normally be either a problem with the belt or possibly the capacitor on the motor I have included a couple of videos below to assist you want to also inspect the jockey wheel which is next to the motor because if the belt has come off. It is a common item to fail
