Samsung WF1124 washing machine won’t wash or spin
I will try and help with this problem with your Samsung WF1124 washing machine
Sorry for the late response. With this direct-drive motor, I have had many problems with the haul sensor (sometimes called Rotor Position Sensor) it is worth replacing this first there are a few videos on YouTube which show you how the haul sensor works, I have not yet made a video myself but I have repaired haul sensors in the past and had great success with this, they are not too expensive to buy
Please try this first as it is the most common fault I will need the full model and serial number to be able to supply part
