no matter which cycle, the power turn off, i just let it be like that, 15-30minutes later start to cycle again.

Hi my washing machine is coming up with the error F43 I reset as per instructions. It did reset so I tried another 60 degrees wash. It filled as usual then obviously I couldn’t just sit there I returned to check when it was on a spin cycle stating 4 minutes remaining. My washing remained stationery, the clock went to 3 minutes with the error F43 re-appearing.My uncle is fantastic at fixing things so he is coming over to take a look. Am I right in telling him he needs to check the pump for a blockage ? also do you think it sounds like it could be the carbon brushes. My mum and I are struggling to pull the machine out to see if the serial number is on the back. I have quoted the Model above so is the serial number definitely needed.

I have a Hotpoint Aqualtis washing machine which is not starting the lights are flashing but the door will not open and I cannot start the machine can you help me on this, please.also have you any tricks for me getting my washing out off the machine until I get it repaired.

I cannot find a bearing kit, only replacement drums, this leads me to believe it is a sealed drum. I am going to split the drum myself and replace the bearings and reseal it. what I would like to know is what are the bearing/seal size for my washing machine and do you sell them?

Hi Paul and Co., I’m a UK expat in the penal colony. I replaced 154740 brushes because one of previous replacement pair (by me 4 yrs ago) had ”disintegrated’ the other was half worn in clean condition. However, with the new pair of brushes fitted still not turning? Have you seen this happen before? I could not see any obvious damage to the motor, but wonder if the damaged brush I replaced has damaged the motor in some way? Any suggestions?

with another test today the motor does kick in and spin , but only in short bursts i.e.a fast spin briefly 5 times during the spin cycle , but does not wind up to a full spin in the usual way. It clicks on and off as per normal at the start/end. Lights all work as they should. Similar thing happens through the wash cycle – one fast burst of the drum spinning every 30 seconds through the cycle – i.e no slow continuous turning. Then drain kicks in as normal. Then spin as previously described until cycle ends Does that point to PCB or other?

When setting program and press start mach8ne does nothing other than the start symbols flashes, has e on display. Tried to enter diagnostics but gets as far as a four figure number 1528 and then display page for diagnostics but that’s as far as it will go

The machine will fill with water and drain out without any spin. All programs starts with it filling and discharging for around 5 minutes then terminates. The door lock sign flashes on then off whilst the washing program is active.
I have done a couple of checks; Look at the back for any sign of broken belt, nothing is out of place.
Managed to find online how to do a diagnostic test of Beko and did a run and still not able to get the machine to spin at all

Hi there,
I removed the filter from my mother-in-laws W/M to check for debris, it was clear! but when it went back, it leaked from the base of the turn-screw. So I removed it again, to see that the 2 seals around the filter were damaged. So I have replaced it with a now filter, but it still leaks. (Ever wished you’d left things well alone?) I have run my finger around the 2 mating surfaces, and they seem OK. Any suggestions?

Can you repalce the bearing on a Bosch WAN24100GB? The Bosch part diagram shows that it is a split drum, but the bearing doesn’t appear to be available as a part on it’s own. Instead it comes integrated into the rear tub
