Hotpoint FTCD9726PM1 heat pump tumble dryer very noisy

my tumble dryer is making a weird scraping type noise and I do not know where it's coming from please would you help me in finding the problem I have seen some of your videos but I still can't work out what the problem is

I will try and help with your Hotpoint FTCD9726PM1U heat pump tumble dryer problem

 

this could be a variety of problems I have puts an exploded diagram below so you can see all the components that I'm talking about the first one which is the most common is check the shaft on the drum as the pear-shaped bearing can wear out and cause the shaft to rub on the chassis.

the pulley wheel may also have worn or the fan blade could also go out of alignment,
once you have taken the lid off the machine you should be able to hear the direction the noise is coming from this may  guide you in the right direction
