Hotpoint TCHL870BP condenser tumble dryer turns spins but doesn´t dry

my tumble dryer turns and runs without any problem but it is just not getting hot. there is no error code coming up,  I have cleaned all the filters and made sure the ducting are all clear but there is no water going into the dispenser and I cannot feel any heat at all,

As you will see in the diagram below the heater on the back has two thermostats one of these may have become faulty there is also a forward thermostat please test all these. if these are all good then the next thing you need to test is the heating element remember that the heating element normally has three wires going to the element two will be live feeds when will be the neutral you need to test both sides of the element using Ohm's law to calculate the resistance to tell you if the wattage is correct, you can see all about this in our videos, once you have found out what is at fault find the number that you need in the diagram and match it up to the part that you require in the list below
