i have this hotpoint that is only 2 years old, but it stopped heating. do i need a new element ?

the water tank fills up, the empty water light comes on, but there is no water in the drawer but there is water in the pump case. I have taken the water tank off and cleaned it, the pump seems to work, the float switch is turning on the empty drawer light, but no water flows up the pipe? Is a new pump, Switch or float?

RCD tripped taking out all of the downstairs power while dryer was running.
Process of elimination pointed at dryer. As soon as I plug in and switch on the RCD goes again. Could it be a mains filter? If so, where is it?
PS, I’m a spark by trade.

Dryer was running normally until it stopped and started showing an error code with e21 and all the led options flashing.

I’ve a Indesit condenser tumble dryer. Electrics trip (turn off) every time I use my tumble dryer.
What can it be caused from?
How can I repair it?

my tumble dryer is not heating it is a condenser tumble dryer I’ve emptied the water tank and cleaned all the filters but the machine still does not dry the clothes I have left it run for about 10 minutes but the drum does not seem to be getting hot

The tumble dryer has stopped heating. I replaced the heater (which I bought from you) about 3 years ago. This time I took the back off and one of the thermostats was burnt through and the clip that connects the wire to it was burnt a bit. Is this just a thermostat issue or something bigger?

I have a new beko tumble dryer that’s still under warrant but my son was playing with the door and filter and he feel and broke the door and some how ripped the filter as well. Do you know where I can get the parts

Hi – we have a white knight integrated tumble dryer model number C8317 that isn’t heating. We have replaced the whole back panel which came with element and thermostat but still no heat. We contacted the company that supplied the new panel but the don’t offer diagnostics. Any advice would be appreciated.
