A very small crack on the inside drum facing the door of the washing machine. At times the clothes get little nibs after washing.
Thank you for your email. The small crack is on the steel drum. Actually, the machine is working very well. But at times the clothes get caught in the crack.Otherwise, there is nothing wrong with the machine.I wonder if it is ok to put some glue on it. I have attached pictures of the small crack so that you can see it properly.

Kind Regards,

Hi.
Hoping you can help. My elderly parents washing machine is poorly washing currently.
Door seal looks all gunked up so would like to replace if you stock?
Have cleaned filters etc and done a drum wash.
Kind regards

Its spins but wont start a wash cycle . Just makes a humming sound. Checked all hoses, water pressure, changed valves in case it was a faulty valve. Someone suggested pump but I can’t get the front of the machine off. There isn’t a separate kick panel to remove as shown in some videos. Pls could you advise.

Hi,
my washing machine does not have the digital display and when i start the dianostic cycle, the red leds come, it starts the diag cycle but then all the leds go out and everything stops. Then after about five seconds the green led start lights up and dflashes as though it is ready for use. I have sent the board off to be repaired and it came back. I fitted this with a new door switch and everything was OK for weeks but now this problem has occured. can you give me any clues please.

Thanks Nick

Hi,We have used all the leading machine cleaners, without success. Could there be a build of scale and bacteria between the inner and outer drums. If so how do I get access to clean the top of the outer drum

Drain is clear. Inlet water is good. All cycles will start but it always seems to stop filling after Just a few seconds. Goes into Neverland. Just sits there

Once machine is put on to wash, it clicks and then the error message F15 appears and nothing happens.

The machine washes, drained the water, pump another water to rinse and also drained the water after rinsing but fail to spin to remove excess water

Cycle first became incomplete during a random wash.
Clothes wet but no cycle.
Showed error code E13 (water leak detected) after a diagnostic check as per your video.
There is absolutely no water egress from the machine.
Carried out the functionality check around the dial as per your video and all appeared well across the cycle.
Cleared the code and then tried a normal wash.
The water appears to enter the machine and the drum as per normal but the drum turn cycle does not appear to begin.
Any ideas or help would be most welcome.
Regards
Paul

Can you give me advice on how to clear a E18 Error on a Beko wmb71231w? I have tried everything, I have checked the pump and drain pipe, I have switched the knob to off and then to cotton while pressing Start/Quickwash & Spin. That then displays the E18 but when I press start again to self test it does nothing. I have also pressed the start button for 3-5 seconds to reset but again it does nothing. Can you please let me know what to do? Much appreciated.
